Thanks for the kind comments on my wife's bike.

She really likes it. It is a Vegas Low and fits her 5'2" frame well. She can get her feet flat on the ground which she really likes. The bars come back about 2" more than a standard Vegas so it is easier for her to reach. We put floor boards on it fo more comfort as well.

I noticed a picture on you home page of a gentleman sitting on what looks like the new Cross Country. Is that correct? Is that you on the bike?

If it is a Cross Country, what are you impressions of it? I was thinking I might like to trade my KingPin for a Cross Roads.

VSTAR, I love the way you "Set-up" your wifes vegas, MAN that is a beautiful bike, I'de be happy with a vegas, but my wife just cant get comfy on one (not enough leg room for passenger). I hope ya take some more photos of that georgeous bike, & the scenic back ground is a nice touch too!!,take care & happy trails

suggestions for the wide open are buy the upgraded radio speakers.  The jensen just plain sucked and mine died early.  The speakers with better radio go bad as well, although I haven't gotten new ones' yet.  Their windshields suck, not coated against scratching but just about any FLH 94-06(I think) will fit the bike.  I just ordered one of their flared windshields so I need to see if that's any better but I'd recommend the klock werks but it's pricey.

The upside is it's nice extra wind protection, it does overall look very nice, but it doesn't have power outlets so you'll need to add those yourself somehow.  it's lightweight and fit is very good overall.  It's a little plasticky but it's a great price for that part.  Overall I'd give it a 3.75 out of 5 stars. I personally like the G&G one better but it's much more expensive and doesn't look quite as good, but offers better wind protection and seems a little sturdier.

Saw on your comment to Clubford that you moved to AZ from Maui. We moved to Vegas from Bermuda and my wife is still amazed at the concept of wide open spaces. Me, I was raised in Nebraska- I'm used to it.

Hi hessterical, I learned how to get your message, still learning these computers, thankfully my wife is pretty good at'em . when we get our next bike, it's gonna be a cross country.  It looks from the pictures that ,its got the vision's seats (which are great 4 comfort) and street glide/kingpin looks. A winner in my book. So is there a riding group in phx yet???.....take it easy man

I am ordering the new cross country as well, putting 1,000 down.  We can get a great group together if you want, Hessterical
