Rear Break Issue

I recently purchased a 2008 Jackpot Premium with 750 miles on it.  It is my first Victoy and I am in love.  The bike has not had the first service done so I will definately be doing that ASAP.  I am experiencing what I think is a break drag on the rear break that can be felt at slow speeds stopping and I can still hear it when I accelerate.  Anyone experience this on a new bike?

Nice bike gofkrazy! Does the noise change or disappear when engaging or releasing the break? If it doesn't it may be belt squeak or chirp, try rubbing bar soap on the belt edges and see if the sound changes. If it is the breaks be sure it is safe before riding & ask about it when you get the 500 mile service check.

I didn't have any break issues with my bike when I got it nor have I had any since. Just turned 3k last weekend.
