Ditto on that post about Al aka "One Thumb". He graciously recruited me to this site and two of our very own Groups which I have joined.

Andy,

Take it from the "newb" on the VOG, you are doing all the right things and I am proud to be here. Thank you for your efforts.

I have had my Victory just over 1 month & found this site by accident just a few days before picking it up. It has been a great resource for info & good fun as well.
Great job Andy!

I haven't been on the site as much as I used to, business is picking back up again so I have been thankfully busy.  But this is still one of the best motorcycle sites and by far the best Victory site...

Amen Don, Ive been in the same position. Plus i was in Arizona for a week. I just downloaded 300 pictures from my trip.
I went to Arizona Victory and took a bunch of pictures but they are all too big to put up. I just got a new camera and took all the shots a 11mp. They look great but they are huge ! LOL I need to re format them so i can post them.

Dean,

Rather than trying to resize and upload or upload and resize why not do a photo bucket account? You can categorize the pics (family, vog relevance) and then just post the link heree. You can then send family link to your family if you want. Just a thought.

Just do remember that the order you oload them should be backwards..that is load the last picture first, it will go to the end of the album.

First post here.

I own a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard M50 which I love but will be moving on up in the next year or two.

I rode my buddys heritage softail and my other buddys 1200 sportster and waited for the wow factor to kick in and....no

I then tried my other friends jackpot....BINGO!

A little too stretched out for me but I am now looking at getting a hammer as I love the looks of this beast and the riding position is better for my shall we say vertically challenged posture.

Love this site so far although feel a little weird not owning a victory yet but i've put 10k on my bike last year and have 7k on it this year so make no mistake,I ride the shiznit out of this thing and love to ride.look forward to talking to you guys soon.

Welcome to the site.

Don't feel weird about hanging/posting here just because you don't own a specific brand of bike. This is a riders site. All Riders Are Welcomed.

If you'd like to post a review of your current bike, feel free to start a thread about it. No holes barred...tell us both the good and the "what could be" improved info.
I'm currently riding a 2010 Can-Am Spyder RT-S Premiere Edition. Yes, it's Not a Victory...but it appears to be a cutting edge three-wheeled touring vehicle. I have owned a Victory Vision Tour Premium with S1 L1s and a bunch of extras, Harley Road King, Yamaha Silverado, Harley Softtail Special, Honda Goldwing, Yamaha Royal Star, Yamaha YZF 600, Honda Shadow, Honda Helix, Yamaha Elite Scooter, Honda CX-500, Honda 50 and a Moped!

Weclome Dr. D.

When the cooler weather comes up here we all sell our rides then buy new ones in the Spring, no sense having them collecting snow for 5 months. Oh boy, I think I'm in trouble now too. My point is when we are not riding we are all hanging out here and that's when you'll have lots of reading to do. So what ever you ride, if there is a question you have, please ask, you are weclome here. Now I got go do so riding here before the Snow Flies come.

You don't have to wait untill you buy a Vic to hang ot here.

That's quite OK Racky, I fill her daily, the oil she leeks keeps this site running at Peak Performance.

I'd like to take this time and thank Andy and the THE VOG crew (if there is one) for this VIC forum.  It is far superior than all the other forums I belong to.  This includes Dirt Bike and Boating forums.  All the other forums have the SAME look and feel...although nice, they do not hold a candle to "THEVOG.NET".  Easy to use / nice looking format / great people...what else is there?

Again, thanks Andy (and crew).

+1

I lurked in the background for several months reading over posts while I was doing my research on which tour bike I would be getting. TheVOG is why I now own a Vision that I bought sight unseen and it's the best thing I ever did.

Still the best Victory site out there, even though the fearless leader has grown a superfluous wheel and switched parties.
